I have a similar problem, need to restart sl-modem-daemon in order to dial in again.
I use Debian Squeeze, sl-modem-daemon (2.9.11~20100718-3) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
