Package: xrestop
Version: 0.4-7
Severity: normal
File: /usr/share/menu/xrestop

Choosing the xrestop menu entry from within fvwm does nothing.
It think it may need to run an xterm to show the output

    command="x-terminal-emulator -e /usr/bin/xrestop"

x11-utils does that for xev (another X program with tty output).
