What exactly do you mean by "check of a tuned plug-in" here? Did you do something special with this, or make your own build of it? Because this error doesn't really make a lot of sense, the mailbox_equals symbol is definitely present in dovecot 2.1.7-2 that your report says you are running, and nobody else seems to be seeing this problem -- so you'll need to give us some clue about what is special about your system here ...
