Package: openssl
Version: 0.9.7e-3
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

OpenSSL is currently built with "-O3 -fomit-frame-pointer". This makes
it completely impossible on most platforms to get stack traces when
something goes wrong (in my case, Valgrind hits). A version built with
only "-g" (in a separate package, like libc6) would be very useful.
