Package: ecere-sdk Severity: important (previously uninstallable on a 64 bit system)
Dear mentors, I am looking for someone to sponsor this update to the ecere-sdk. This update fixes architecture issues that would prevent the installation of these 32 bit packages on an amd64 architecture, and therefore is a major limitation since many users nowadays are on 64 bit systems. It also solves important bugs and limitations in the SDK. Full change log below. I believe this package is fit for unstable, so I'm uploading it for unstable. I'm also hoping this then will get sync'ed into Raring and can then can become a SRU for Quantal. * Package name : ecere Version : 0.44.02 Upstream Author : Ecere Corporation * URL : http://ecere.com * License : New BSD license (3-clause) Section : Development To access further information about this package, please visit the following URL: http://mentors.debian.net/package/ecere-sdk Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command: dget -x http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/e/ecere-sdk/ecere-sdk_0.44.02-1.dsc More information about Ecere can be obtained from http://www.ecere.com.
