Bug#692416: [Wishlist] bind9 with dlopen enabled as default

Yesterday I was backporting this package from Sid to Squeeze and discovered 
that --with-dlopen option was set to no. I don't know if this will be 
changed in the future, but this option is necessary for it to work with 
Samba4 bind9_dlz plugin, so please consider changing it.
