Hello, and sorry for the doublepost. A few minutes after my first mail I got help on www.debianforum.de and the wokaround now also works with http://people.debian.org/~adeodato/tmp/2005-09-22/gst-bug.mp3.
You just have to choose "user defined" (I hope they call it like this in english, in german it is called "Benutzerdefiniert") as your output and change it to "alsasink period-size=1024".
