That does not seem to be sufficient:

While the Breaks causes the fixed sendfile to be unpacked before base-files,
it is still configured long after base-files, so the "mishandled" /etc/profile
is not restored before base-files wants to update an unmodified /etc/profile

Therefore you should consider adding the md5sum of some modified versions ...
