I don't have an HP printer, so if you are able to provide information on how to reproduce the problem, please make sure it is possible to reproduce by someone who does not have an HP printer. I can always pretend to have an HP printer, of course. If you can provide, at a minimum, exactly how your printer is configured as well as an image or file that fails to print, I can try to reproduce the problem.
