Dear Maintainer,

I created a midi file from an abc file and when I listened to the
resulting midi file I found that the guitar chord inversions were not
correctly included in the midi file.  In fact, the chords were all in
root position.  The chord inversion was ignored.  I downloaded the most
recent version of abcmidi from here:

The new version compiled easily and the chord inversions are correct
in the midi file.  Here is the abc notation that gave me trouble (the
chird inversions are, for example, in measures 2, 3 and 4):
