Ok, I'm able to confirm and reproduce this bug here now. I created my own debug output and gstreamer is in fact throwing a critical error silently in the background. I took an OGG music file. Loaded it into Audacity. Exported it as FLAC and then put the flac file after the ogg file in the playlist and Amarok fails to play the flac file. If you double-click on the flac file in the playlist then Amarok plays the flac file just fine. This is really a bizarre bug, but I'm guessing maybe the phonon gstreamer backend isn't switching gstreamer plugins properly. Since this bug does not happen with the VLC phonon backend, I've filed this bug upstream against the gstreamer phonon backend. You don't need to do any more testing for now, thanks for help. -David -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
