Package: fail2ban
Version: 0.8.6-3
Severity: wishlist

Dear Maintainer,

busybox-syslogd doesn't provide log files but writes to log into a ring
buffer which can be read with the command "logread" or -- "tail -f"
alike -- with "logread -f".

It would be nice if it would be possible to let fail2ban to read the log
entries piped from a command, maybe configured via some other
configuration directives like these:

  logcommand = logread

or

  logpipe = logread -f
