I have upgraded ftpsync.

Dropped unneeded arches.

I am now syncing from ftp.us.debian.org.

I have changed to sync 4 times a day.

There is 1Gbps available.

- subscribe to http://lists.debian.org/debian-mirrors-announce/ (the list where 
we announce new versions)
- upgrade ftpsync (available on your mirror at
  http://mirror.overthewire.com.au/project/ftpsync/ftpsync-current.tar.gz.

armhf and s390x happen to also be mirrored, you probably want to drop them.
