libglew1.7 is currently unusable on my i386-machine, as it segfaults whenever glewInit() gets called. at the end of the mail you can see, what a gdb-backtrace reveals (not that much, i have to admit). note, that my gfx-card is an nVidia "GeForce 9800 GT", using the proprietary drivers (304.48-1). note also that glewinfo/libglew1.7 work fine on a similar system (i386; same versions of nvidia-drivers and glew1.7) with a "GeForce 7800 GTX". let me know how i can provide more info to help with this bug. mfgasdr IOhannes PS: here's the gdb backtrace: $ gdb glewinfo GNU gdb (GDB) 7.4.1-debian Copyright (C) 2012 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
