If the libhtml-calendarmonthsimple-perl is installed a calendar is produced.
It contains a links to all articles published in the current month. 
Unfortunately
the links don't consider the date-archive-path setting, so the links always
point to $output_dir/$title.html and thus are broken if date-archive-path
has been enabled.
