Bonjour Vincent, in the absence of answer from Upstream, I propose to remove the tcoffe-doc altogether. For a long term solution, one could propose Upstream to convert the T-COFFEE manual from the MS-Word format to DocBook or another markup language, for instance under the umbrella of the Open Bioinformatics Fundation if it participates to the Google Code-in or the Google Doc Sprint.
