I think debian/TODO may go now, maybe NEWS.Debian, too.
I am not sure about the lm.fontconfig file, though. First, it only
acts on the Type 1 fonts which get thrown out of fontconfig anyway.
Second, we just had a lot of bug reports in pkg-fonts about malformed
fontconfig files and I think the common cause was that checks in a
<test> field are connected by logical AND; if you want logical OR, you
would have to duplicate the <test> field for each check. However,
hinting should be much better for OTF files anyway and the script
isn't installed in the package, so maybe it is better to let it go.
