I'm mostly interested in Debian sid, so guess there should be easier to push the change just there.
As far as I can deduce from the commit messages, r11796 is the only relevant commit. (there are several more interesting commits, such as security fix r11758, but that's off-topic) Don't know whether any other games are broken, currently use darkplaces-server just for serving Q1 multiplayer maps.
