Having bzr heavily used in Ubuntu doesn't mean that it is not used in
Debian. I like to see the importance of bzr-builddep discussed in a
bigger audience before moving it to Suggest in Debian.

Is dh-make really the recommended way to start packaging a new package?
I like to see this change discussed with a bigger audience before moving
it to Recommends (not Depends).

I moved gnome-pkg-tools from Suggests to Recommends (not to Depends).
