Package: libgpg-error
Version: 1.10-3.1
Severity: normal

  $ cat debian/source/format
  3.0 (quilt)
  $ ls debian/patches/
  00list                 06_Makefile.in.dpatch   l10n_update.patch  series
  05_Makefile.am.dpatch  10_relibtoolize.dpatch  m4_macros.dpatch

The series file was added in an NMU; but even before that, having both
3.0 (quilt) and dpatch leftovers in the same package is too confusing
for words.

As far as I can tell, what happened is that these old dpatch files were
correctly removed in an NMU (1.10-0.1), and then when the maintainer
integrated that NMU in 1.10-1 he reintroduced debian/patches/ along with
debian/docs. The history in the automatic import at
https://bazaar.launchpad.net/+branch/debian/libgpg-error makes it quite
clear:

  revno: 7

  message:
    Ack all previous NMU. All thanks go to Jonas Meurer.
  added:
    debian/docs
    debian/patches/
    debian/patches/00list
    debian/patches/05_Makefile.am.dpatch
    debian/patches/06_Makefile.in.dpatch
    debian/patches/10_relibtoolize.dpatch
    debian/patches/m4_macros.dpatch
  modified:
    debian/changelog

Simple use of debdiff would have caught this problem. Please remove
these files again.

Thanks,
