Dear Maintainer,
A solution to this problem appears to be to replace
session_unregister('comm') with sqsession_unregister('comm')
in html_rulestable.inc.php. Before this, clicking on the 'Filters'
link results in a blank page.
(Actually, if you have no filters, then you can add one. But if
you have at least one filter, then the interface hangs.)
