Package: enigmail Version: 2:1.4.1-2 Severity: normal Tags: upstream Hi,
Steps to reproduce: - click "answer" on certain e-mails I have (I can send them by private mail); - edit the GPG properties to sign the message inline (no PGP/MIME); (- edit recipient if necessary) - click send. Symptoms: - when reading back the message in sent-mail or INBOX after reception, gpg reports CRC error and cannot verifiy the signature. Also true if saving the message to disk and checking manually. Workarounds: This occurs only when replying to certain e-mails with long lines. I can work around the bug by either: - warping long lines manually; - use PGP/MIME. In this context, the mail I answer to has lines of >= 77 characters. Affected versions: - enigmail 2:1.4.1-2 with icedove 10.0.6-2 - enigmail 1.4 from upstream with icedove 10.0.6-2 - enigmail 2:1.4.1exp-1 with icedove 11.0-1 (from experimental). Always with gnupg 1.4.12-4+b1.
