I guess I can add "Breaks" field to expect (or expect-dev). This way
upgrading expect will cause expectk and xsmbrowser removal. At least
there wouldn't be an inconsistency.

Expectk is discontinued, so I doubt it will reappear in wheezy, jessie
and so on.

I see. I think it's better to force xsmbrowser to be uninstalled. I'll
do that after some consultation with the release team.
