Fair enough - I guess it could go either way.  Whether the bug is
"important" or "normal" would depend on how one defines "a bug which has
a major effect on the usability of a package, without rendering it
completely unusable to everyone."  It has a major effect on iPod users,
while others don't notice it at all and would benefit from the 3.x
update migrating into testing.
