Package: bootcd
Severity: important

Hi,

I recently used bootcd to create a live image of a new sarge system I had set
up. The image worked fine from a live CD perspective so I attempted to
install it to disk with
bootcd2disk. It installed, but since lilo and elilo were not installed
on the system when the image was made the system failed on reboot (constant
GRUB printed
 across the screen).

It would seem that if lilo or elilo is required to be the boot loader
it should check that at least one of those are installed when creating the
image. It
would also be nice if grub support was added. Either way it should
at least make sure a valid bootloader is contained on any image it creates so
that it won't fail upon installation.

 Thanks.

 Todd
