A definitive/alternative solution: 1) Move ~/.gnupg to ~/.gnupg.bak 2) Start the kgpg 3) Do the kgpg to import the private (secring.gpg) and public (pubring.gpg) keys from ~/.gnupg.bak 4) Done!
