Package: installation-reports Severity: important
Hello, I installed Wheezy to SheevaPlug with 20120828 uImage and uInitrd to SD card. Everything goes fine, but it doesn't give me login prompt after reboot. I examine the /etc/inittab, and there is no entry enabled for ttyS0. This is crucial for SheevaPlug. Since I didn't have this issue for Squeeze, this is a regression. -- Package-specific info: Boot method: USB memory Image version: ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/wheezy/main/installer-armel/20120828/images/kirkwood/netboot/marvell/sheevaplug Date: 2012-09-07 17:48:07 +0900 Machine: SheevaPlug clone (KuroSheeva) Partitions: <df -Tl will do; the raw partition table is preferred> Filesystem Type 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on /dev/mmcblk0p2 ext4 3894792 766372 2933092 21% / /dev/mmcblk0p1 ext2 467367 18778 423655 4% /boot /dev/mmcblk0p3 ext4 27941732 542312 25998640 2% /home and tmpfs and udev Base System Installation Checklist: [O] = OK, [E] = Error (please elaborate below), [ ] = didn't try it Initial boot: [O] Detect network card: [O] Configure network: [O] Detect CD: [ ] Load installer modules: [O] Detect hard drives: [E] Once, it didn't detect SD card.
