I guess you installed it directly from dropbox.com. It's basically the same software but in a different package name and thus they are not co-installable. Unfortunately dropbox did not coordinate the rename of their package. You should thus remove either dropbox or nautilus-dropbox. On my side, I will add a "Conflicts: dropbox" so that the package manager knows that they are not co-installable.
