Package: svn-buildpackage Version: 0.6.11 Severity: wishlist Hi,
for the utnubu team, but also for people that want to maintain local changes to debian packages this feature would be useful: It should be possible to treat debian source package as upstream, including support in svn-inject and svn-upgrade. If you have a look at http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/utnubu/packages/timer-applet/branches/ubuntu/?rev=0&sc=0 You will notice branches labled "ubuntu" next to upstream. These contain the ubuntu versions of the package on which we base our work. Corrently, the tagging and changes merging is done manually, but automatical support by svn-buildpackage would greatly ease the work for the utnubu team. What do you think? If you don't feel like implementing it, but would accept a patch, could you quickly outline the best way to do it, maybe someone can do it for you.
