Since pegdown is not a hard dependency of Gradle I might also just skip as a first step to get Gradle back in shape.
parboiled depends on sbt for building which I also recently switched back to RFP from ITP. But the build is straightforward and it should be possible to build parboiled with ant/maven/make/shellscript/whatever. Sorry that I could not help you here this time.
