Package: libticonv
Severity: serious

I read this in debian/copyright :

  | You are free to distribute this software under the terms of the GNU Lesser
  | General Public License.

However I read this in README :

  | This library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it
under
  | the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free
Software
  | Foundation; either version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later
  | version.

I also read this in README :

  | (A special exception applies when linking the library into TilEm, see the
  | COPYING file for details.)

But I don't find such exception in COPYING. Actually, the file COPYING is
identical to /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL-2 so there's nothing specific to
"linking the library into TilEm" in COPYING.

There are also more copyright holders than mentioned in debian/copyright, and
more years than mentioned in debian/copyright.
