There have been different bugs in the BTS about encoding. I was under the feeling that things are OK now. CC'ing Don so that he can have a look at #686437....where, indeed, the es.po file is ISO-8859-1 encoded while claiming to be UTF-8 (and being really UTF-8 in what we received by mail through the PTS).
