Perhaps I'm not looking at it properly, but as I see it:

xsmbrowser seems to require expectk which seems to call libexpect
libexpect seems to be part of expect-dev

Debian wants to keep expect-dev at 5.45, but expectk doesn't have a 5.45

So by installing xsmbrowser expectk and libexpect, I got mismatched versions.

It would seem that expectk not being in wheezy (and Debian upgrading
libexpect which is in wheezy) is causing the problem.

Again; I may not be looking at things in the best light. What I see is
that I installed xsmbrowser, and it wouldn't work until I downgraded
libexpect.
