My wine installation is based on wine-unstable i386, in 1.5.6-2 version. And it is not mixing, the sound, is in wine or in the system, but not both, I already try to compile, from source the sound work correctly. For the real support of pulseaudio, I search for a patch, but I don't think the support is done in upstream, version of wine. Best regards.
