Actually, it appears to affect other packages too. "adequate" (a tool
by Jakub Wilk) reports that several packages that have been trickling
into Testing have a missing /usr/share/doc/*/copyright, which upon
inspection turns out to be an empty directory where a symbolic link to
another package's documentation directory should have been.
