I originally hadn't split it out, but the manpage for bsdtar refers to
several manpages in there -- most importantly, libarchive-formats, which
documents the formats available for use with bsdtar, and also tar(5).

The documentation for bsdtar is really incomplete without those pages,
but the -dev package has a bunch of deps on other -dev packages, so it
seemed silly to require people to install a whole bunch of -dev packages
just to get at the documentation for tar.
