I am receiving the following error message twice on each boot: [drm:intel_dsm_platform_mux_info] *ERROR* MUX INFO call failed My Asus X53SM laptop has a Sandy Bridge CPU (Core i5 2450M), and google suggests that this error is quite common for such CPUs in combination with NVidia graphics cards (which usually, and in my case, involves Optimus). The system is still working fine, and thanks to bumblebee even the graphics cards work, but still no error should be shown during boot. I found a lot of reports of this bug in forums etc., most of them also pointing to: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=709115 But I could not find this bug in the Debian database. I will add another email with the full dmesg attached.
