Hi.

# dpkg -S /etc/gforge/httpd.conf.d/plugin-mediawiki.inc
gforge-web-apache2: /etc/gforge/httpd.conf.d/plugin-mediawiki.inc

Which means that it's installed whenever gforge-web-apache2 regardless of 
whether the mediawiki plugin is installed or not.

The same stands for other plugin packages.

It would be much clearer if every package managed its own installation of the 
web server configuration IMHO.
