Please note that if they are using the libraries, they should build-depend on libasprintf-dev and/or libgettextpo-dev, currently provided by gettext, not on gettext itself. Build-depending on gettext instead of libasprintf-dev and/or libgettextpo-dev if the build-depends is really for the libraries should be a bug.
