Package: libcairo2 Version: 1.12.2-2 Severity: wishlist Hi, The changelog for cairo 1.10.2-5, uploaded a year and a half ago, contains: * debian/control, debian/libcairo2.symbols, debian/rules: + Temporarily disable the OpenGL/EGL backend, since that makes us block on mesa / libdrm / linux-2.6 to migrate to testing, and we're blocking the gobject-introspection transition, and we don't want to tie them. It will be re-enabled soon after we migrate. There shouldn't be anything depending on these symbols yet, so this should be safe.
Unfortunately, the EGL backend (which is useful for Wayland) is still not enabled in the Debian packaging. Could you please re-enable it? Thanks. :) Cheers, Daniel -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-3-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages libcairo2 depends on: ii libc6 2.13-33 ii libfontconfig1 2.9.0-6 ii libfreetype6 2.4.9-1 ii libpixman-1-0 0.26.0-3 ii libpng12-0 1.2.49-1 ii libx11-6 2:1.5.0-1 ii libxcb-render0 1.8.1-1 ii libxcb-shm0 1.8.1-1 ii libxcb1 1.8.1-1 ii libxrender1 1:0.9.7-1 ii multiarch-support 2.13-33 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.7.dfsg-13 libcairo2 recommends no packages. libcairo2 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
