Hi,
that is an old patch for gcc 4.5 that's supposed to have been
incorporated with gcc 4.7 which is what we currently use. Maybe the
name was changed? There is support for the following xmega128 devices:

    atxmega128a1 atxmega128a1u atxmega128a3 atxmega128d3
