I just bought a HP Laserjet Pro CP1525n and had absolutely the same dialog and reaction as Ronny wrote. I did check the hplip-Website and this model is marked as "fully supported".
Where can i get this piece of firmware? I use Debian Wheezy with hplip 3.12.6-3 hp-check says many dependencies are missing, but i think it is wrong -- it also states that it does not work properly in testing and probably uses the dependencies from squeeze...
