My understanding was that the request was not about IPv6 support in
D-I but more having the above package installed on any system, which
is why I reassigned the bug.

If the request is about IPv6 support in D-I, I think we have no need
for a bug report to remind us that it should be done and someone
should work on the existing IPv6 branch in netcfg...
