Source: libnspr4-dev Severity: important as this package is already in multi-arch patches (unless one of the headers is arch-specific, I have not checked md5sums, but you will get a bug if that happens) it is a one-line change to set the -dev package multi-arch: same, which is required for any reverse dependancy to successfully cross-build.
