Hi,

the latter patch is not sufficient here.  If I run fai-make-nfsroot
with only the patch provided in <URL:http://bugs.debian.org/682013#20>,
I still get the "F: Failed to install /etc/idmapd.conf"-error.

Adding the patch in <URL:http://bugs.debian.org/682013#15> makes
things work and the nfsroot is created sucessfully.  I did not test
with only that patch.


When booting over network now, the kernel is loaded but the boot
process stops with:

--------8<-----------
Starting dhcp for interface0
mount.nfs: Connection timed out

dracut Warning: Could not boot.

Dropping to a debug shell.
dracut:/#
--------8<-----------

Ideas how to solve that issue are appreciated.
