Package: gimp-plugin-registry Version: 5.20120621 Severity: normal In the past I have used the resynthetizer plugin to awesome effect. But now I can't make it work, at all.
I am trying to follow the tutorial here to the letter: http://www.schwarzvogel.de/resynth-tut-sa.shtml When I make a rectangular selection hugging the watermark text in the bottom left corner, then apply resynthetizer, _nothing_ happens. Which is the same as I get with my own images :-( Maybe I need to change something in the settings, but the explanations in the dialog itself are very cryptic and I don't know of any documentation :-( -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.4.6-custom (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages gimp-plugin-registry depends on: ii gimp 2.8.0-2+b1 ii libatk1.0-0 2.4.0-2 ii libatlas3-base [libblas.so.3] 3.8.4-7 ii libc6 2.13-33 ii libcairo2 1.12.2-2 ii libfftw3-3 3.3.2-3 ii libfontconfig1 2.9.0-6 ii libfreetype6 2.4.9-1 ii libgcc1 1:4.7.1-2 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.26.1-1 ii libgimp2.0 2.8.0-2+b1 ii libgl1-mesa-glx [libgl1] 8.0.3-1 ii libglew1.7 1.7.0-3 ii libglib2.0-0 2.32.3-1 ii libglu1-mesa [libglu1] 8.0.3-1 ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.10-1 ii libgtkglext1 1.2.0-2 ii libice6 2:1.0.8-2 ii libjpeg8 8d-1 ii liblapack3 3.4.1-5 ii liblcms1 1.19.dfsg-1.1 ii liblqr-1-0 0.4.1-2 ii libpango1.0-0 1.30.0-1 ii libsm6 2:1.2.1-2 ii libstdc++6 4.7.1-2 ii libtiff-tools 4.0.2-2 ii libtiff4 3.9.6-7 ii libx11-6 2:1.5.0-1 ii libxmu6 2:1.1.1-1 ii libxt6 1:1.1.3-1 ii python 2.7.3~rc2-1 ii xdg-utils 1.1.0~rc1+git20111210-6 Versions of packages gimp-plugin-registry recommends: pn gimp-gmic <none> Versions of packages gimp-plugin-registry suggests: pn icc-profiles <none> -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
