See https://syncevolution.org/wiki/kde-akonadi

To compile for KDE in addition to EDS, use --enable-kwallet and
--enable-akonadi. Then package platformkde.so and syncakonadi.so in a
"syncevolution-kde", and platformgnome.so, syncecal.so, syncebook.so in
"syncevolution-evolution".

Make "syncevolution" a transitional package which depends on
"syncevolution-evolution", to ensure that current users get the right
package installed during an upgrade.

I would put the majority of the files, including libsyncevolution.so,
into a "syncevolution-common" package. For higher granularity one could
in theory split out some files (syncevo-dbus-server +
syncevo-dbus-helper, syncevolution command line) but I am not sure
whether that is worth the extra effort.
