I take it you've tried to follow the instructions outlined at
<http://db.debian.org/password.html> and
<http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2005/02/msg00003.html>.

If so I'd advise to try again. When nothing happens you might want to
send a mail to <debian-qa@lists.debian.org> and / or
<debian-devel@lists.debian.org> stating your problem and asking for
further advice.

Handling bugs doesn't require an account, so I'd prefer if you'd set
an appropriate severity yourself using the mail interface to the BTS.
