The shortlog is online[1]. This version fix the use of --release with nonexistent changelog by adding the version to the changelog object when necessary[2]. To solve the issue of tests under ubuntu because of the --release-heuristic, I propose to force the debian heuristic in tests. Theses tests are not intended to test debchange heuristics. Regards.
