Package: mpd Version: 0.17.1 Followup-For: Bug #679889 Unfortunately I can reproduce this bug in all detail. I suggest to mark this bug release critical, because it renders the package unusable for some users.

His analysis and pointing to the decoder seems to be correct. Is there anything I can do to help triage this issue?
